Bomaderry

We acquired an existing motel which had over 200m frontage to the Princes Highway on a stretch of highway which was being upgraded between Bomaderry and Berry. As Albion Park Rail was to be by-passed, we knew this would be the first and last fuel and fast food stop on the highway travelling to or from Sydney. Developed over 3 stages, the project was completed in 2022 with the addition of the final tenant being Hungry Jacks.

Tenants: Viva (Shell) Truck Stop, Red Rooster, Elephant Wash, Dominos, Harry’s Café de Wheels, Bridgestone, Hungry Jacks
